In March 2010 we saved Mr & Mrs S in Rustington, approx £3,500 in supplying and installing their kitchen, compared to a 'sale' quote from a national kitchen retailer. Our highly experienced small team means we offer the complete wide range of skills involved with most kitchen installations, but without having to pay for expensive out-side contractors. We do not employ other fitting teams, so our customers always see and speak to the same friendly faces.
Our cabinets are stylishly colour coordinated and all doors and drawers are soft closing – little things that make a big difference. As we deal direct with our highly reputable suppliers, we have secured great prices with our kitchens, as well as worktops (laminate, solid wood, granite) accessories and appliances.
For just over 12 years, we worked for many well known kitchen retailers but witnessed these customers purely being treated as ‘order numbers’ and these customers frustratedly chasing up damaged or missing materials. We decided to offer a completely refreshing service by project managing the whole process so that our customers would not have to worry about a thing and ensure the installation is completed to a smooth and tight schedule.
When a prospective customer contacts Oakleigh via phone, email or our website, they are sent a complimentary brochure pack which can be followed by an informal appointment with Brett. Brett will listen to what the customer wants from their future kitchen and he will come up with original, stylish and practical designs. (Other kitchen consultants may simply replicate a customer’s existing layout)
Appointments are then followed by a fully listed, written quotation, usually within 48 hours. Brett always pops back for a follow up appointment and he can return as many times as the customer requires – as our prices usually sees customers adding exciting additional work or features that they didn’t originally think they would be able to afford in their budget.
As we save our customers money by not having an expensive showroom, we bring our beautiful kitchens to the customer. During an appointment Brett can bring with him a cabinet and requested door samples, which are left with the customer so they can view them in the comfort of their own kitchen. Secondly, we encourage customers to come visit our own kitchen in Angmering so customers can see the finishing touches up close, and thirdly, if a customer has the time, we like to arrange for customers to visit a couple of our recently installed kitchens.
